As a fluid transmission device with unique design and superior performance, the maintenance of the sine pump is crucial to extend equipment life and improve operating efficiency. The following is a detailed sine pump maintenance guide:


1. Daily maintenance inspection

Appearance inspection:

(1)Regularly check the appearance of the sine pump to check for oil leakage, air leakage or obvious signs of damage.
(2)Check whether each connection is tight, loose or falling off.

Operation status monitoring:

(1)bserve the operating status of the sine pump and pay attention to abnormal sounds, vibrations or temperature rise.

2. Lubrication and seal maintenance

Lubricant inspection and replacement:

(2)Regularly check the lubrication, wear and temperature of the bearings. If the bearing temperature rises too fast or the temperature is too high, the cause should be found out and handled in time.

Impeller and pump casing:

(1)The impeller and pump casing are the core components of the sine pump, and their clearance and wear have an important impact on the performance of the pump.
(2)Regularly check the wear of the impeller and pump casing. If severe wear or excessive clearance is found, they should be repaired or replaced in time.

4. Electrical system maintenance

Motor inspection:

(1)Regularly check the insulation performance, temperature rise and current value of the motor and other parameters.
(2)Ensure that the motor wiring is firm and reliable, without loosening or falling off.
(3)If the motor is found to be operating abnormally or seriously damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in time.

Control system maintenance:

(1)Regularly check and maintain the control system of the sine pump to ensure that all control components and sensors are working properly.
(2)If a control system failure or improper parameter setting is found, it should be adjusted or repaired in time.
